I grew up in the forests of Finland, learning at a young age to forage and fish and to appreciate fresh, healthy food. After settling in the UK, I received a 1st class (Hons) Degree in Human Nutrition and have worked in the field of nutrition for over 10 years
From athletes to busy business people and from children to older people, I have coached hundreds of people to change their lifestyles and reach their target weights, through education to make improvements to nutrition and hydration.
As a program director for Age UK, I have delivered training to many health professionals and improved the lives and lifestyles of older people throughout the North-West.

I believe in education and empowerment. Instead of unsustainable crash diets, I teach my clients to understand nutrition, to plan their diets and to permanently change their lifestyles.

It all starts with a chat where we can discuss you aims and needs, the problems you face and your day to day lifestyle. We will then develop a program to suit you. Programs will usually take between 6 months to a year, depending on your needs and requirements.

coaching about food and nutrition, reading and understanding nutritional food labels
healthy food preparation and cooking (in person, in the North-West)
healthy shopping (in person, in the North-West)
coaching for eating out and entertaining
measuring blood pressure, weight and body mass index and basal metabolic rate
